I received my necklace after it was held up in a USPS sorting facility for quite sometime. Unsure if it was lost or just stuck, the seller assured me that the item was insured and that if I did not receive it, the issue would be rectified. They even offered to file a complaint against the USPS to help expedite the process. My worries were completely put at ease. Thank you Baret and Karin!
