I purchased this for my daughter's birthday. She literally jumped off the couch when she opened it. Absolutely LOVES it! I mistakenly ordered the wrong length chain, contacted the sellers the next day and asked to buy a longer chain. Was told to just send it back and they would remake a new one longer for her. Great experience, great craftsmanship, great service! Highly recommend, will be shopping here again.
